Description

Diabetes has significant psychological implications throughout a patient’s life, starting from the moment of the diagnosis. Complex emotional issues can challenge patients and their families.

This course was developed to provide guidelines for psychological assessment and approach. It consists of five e-learnings designed by a board of nine European Key Opinion Leaders (diabetologists, psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurses) in type 1 diabetes management.

Audience

The course is suited for healthcare professionals treating T1 diabetes patients with an insulin pump and/or CGM, willing to optimise patient care and clinical outcomes.
