Monitoring and triaging
service for cardiac devices
FOCUSON™ MONITORING + TRIAGING SERVICE
In today’s healthcare environment, the quality and efficiency of follow-up care is one of the biggest challenges organisations face on a daily basis.
WHAT IS FOCUSON™?
FOCUSON™ is a monitoring and triaging service designed to help healthcare professionals save time whilst enabling better outcomes.
FREES UP TIME - less time spent on non-actionable data equals more time for treating patients.
ENABLES BETTER OUTCOMES - Clinically relevant cases are triaged and communicated promptly to hospital Clinical Teams.
EXPANDS ACCESS - Prioritised and proactive communication frees up resources, so more patients can be seen and treated.
The continuous FOCUSON™ process
Remote monitoring of patients
The CareLink™ Network receives data from patients with Medtronic implantable cardiac devices.
Monitoring and triaging service
The FOCUSON™ team monitors and triages all incoming CareLink™ data according to hospital customisations. The hospital clinical teams are then alerted about clinically actionable events via telephone, email and the FOCUSON™ Platform.
Hospital clinical teams
Teams are promptly alerted on urgent information, so they have more time to spend with patients and with those that need immediate care.
FOCUSON™ – HOW DOES IT WORK?
ALL MEDTRONIC DEVICES
The FOCUSON™ service monitors and triages transmissions from all Medtronic implantable cardiac devices.
TIMELY, ACTIONABLE INSIGHTS
FOCUSON™ notifies hospital clinical teams with the insights they need, when they need them, using phone and email communication prioritised by colour-coding.
ALL FOCUSON™ TRIAGED DATA AND TRANSMISSIONS
