The Left Menu is always accessible and provides you convenient access to the services (e.g, Catalogue, Order History).
The Option Tiles on the home screen are shortcuts to the main services provided by Medtronic Connect.
The Quick Order area is a convenient way to quickly add products to your shopping cart. It is also possible to import product codes and quantities from an Excel template.
The Order History can be accessed from the left menu or the appropriate Option Tile on the homescreen.
It shows all the orders you have placed in the last 12 months (online, by phone, etc.).
You can search in your order history using Item, Purchase Order, Shipping, or other identifiers. The order history can be also filtered by date, status, type of order. Simply click an order to look at the details of this order.
The Order Details page provides you with all detailed information on the selected order.
This provides you with a view of the status of the order and an access to additional functionalities should you need to report any discrepancy with your order, or initiate a return.
In the main area, you will find all information related to the purchase, shipping, billing and payment.
Here, you can further explore the content of the order, find information on shipment(s) and related invoice(s).
The catalogue is where to start if you want to browse the Medtronic product catalogue, search for specific products or seek any specific detailed product information.
The list view of the catalogue provides you with multiple ways to easily find the right product. The search bar allows you to find products by entering CFNs, product name, product categories. The filters help you refine the catalogue to focus on a specific product category. Additionally, you have the possibility to add products to your shopping cart from the list view.
The product catalogue detailed pages bring you detailed information related to the selected products. On most of our products, you will find a product visual, a product description and product characteristics.
The upper part of the product detail screen will provide you with a summary of the product and with the ability to check your price for this product and add it into your shopping cart.
In the bottom part of the screen, you will find more detailed information about the shown product such as description and characteristics.
Medtronic Connect provides you with a simple way to access all your delivery notes.
You can search your delivery notes using Item, Purchase Order, Shipping, or other identifiers. The delivery notes can be also filtered by date. Simply click a delivery note to access more details.
The Medtronic Connect Invoice section allows you to search, filter, and get detailed information regarding your past invoices.
Using the search function and the filters, you have an easy way to quickly find the relevant invoice information. Additionally, you can easily retrieve and download a PDF version of your invoice.
When accessing your profile (top right menu), you have the possibility to manage your personal preferences.
You have the possibility to change your login and password information to access Medtronic Connect.
You can specify the default Shipping Method to be used for your future orders.

When ordering products from Medtronic, your checkout process starts with a view of your shopping bag. In case you leave Medtronic Connect at this stage, please be aware that the content of your shopping bag will be saved and can be retrieved under Draft Orders (accessible from the Option Tile on the homepage or from the left menu).
In the shopping bag view, you have the possibility to further adjust its content (quantities, remove products).
Once your shopping bag is validated, you will go through the Shipping and Payment checkout steps. Once the order is created, you will receive an order confirmation email and will have the possibility to track your order from the Order History.
In the Shipping step, you will be asked to confirm the default shipping information, or you will have the possibility to define another shipping address.
In the Payment step, you will have the opportunity to enter your Purchase Order number and confirm the billing information.
