Data privacy agreement – Why is it needed?

As part of the process to implement UNiD™ ASI into your practice we have the UNiD™ ASI Services Agreement contract that must be signed by Medtronic as well as by the institution where UNiD™ ASI will be used. You will get access to the following services portfolio of Medtronic in order to improve the treatment of your patients:

Case support icon

Case support with pre-operative surgical planning, case memo and a UNiD™ ASI box that surgeons receive for a case, including rod template and patient labels to ease job of the nurse and its traceability
