How can procedural solutions HELP leverage
an asd surgery?

Operating on an adult degenerative scoliosis is appropriate when the curvature is extreme, pain becomes severe, or it appears that the scoliosis is causing problems with heart or lungs.

The goal of the surgery is to achieve coronal stabilization, bring the patient into overall sagittal balance from the sacrum through the thoracolumbar transition, stop the progression of the curve and reduce pain. Medtronic procedural solutions offer dedicated tools to leverage this process.
